Roy Thomas
General Manager/Owner
Roy is the Owner and General Manager of DK Roofing and Painting. He has spent 33 years helping clients with damaged property while serving in the construction and insurance industries. He has also assisted in beautifying hundreds of homes and businesses. If your project is a result of adverse weather, water, fire, or smoke damage, Roy's experience as a claim adjuster gives him the unique ability to work with your insurance company to make sure you are fairly compensated. Roy has a Bachelor's degree from CSUF and is married to his best friend, Darlene.
Darlene Thomas
Lead Painter & Designer/Owner
Darlene is the Owner and Artistic Director of DK Roofing and Painting. When Roy started the business in 2013, Darlene hopped on board and was flattered to be the inspiration for the company's name. As a color consultant, much of her work happens behind the scenes, collaborating with clients to help them choose the perfect colors for their painting, roofing, or gutter project. Darlene's Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Metropolitan State University gives her the skills and trained eye to assist clients in choosing a new color or matching existing colors, and her skills creating art on the canvas with acrylic, oil, and watercolor are breathtaking.
